Commercial Relationship
DAK Sales' teams are the only individuals authorized to commit DAK Americas to a sales agreement. Only a Sales Agreement executed by DAK Sales is your assurance that the purchase made from DAK and appropriate invoice will be issued in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions.

DAK Terms and Conditions of Sale The terms and conditions of sale listed below are applicable to DAK sales of product which reference this web page. If a mutually agreed upon agreement exist which applies to products being purchased, that Agreement shall take precedence over the DAK Terms and Conditions of Sale listed below.
